Job Description
- Assess users current asset status, their future needs, and investment goals.
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
- Improves the users’ experiences by understanding and focusing on what’s important, measuring how we are doing and driving the necessary actions to improve.
- Manage the operations team and evaluate their performance.
- Helps team identify, and if needed, remove obstacles, then frames and escalates issues if they cannot be resolved quickly.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for IT Operations team.
- Oversee day-to-day activities with IT Operations team.
- Evaluates team and department level data and trends to drive improvements. Provides suggestions that impact business processes and balances needs of all stakeholders.
- Clearly defined process, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
- Implemented process improvements and/or recommendations.

Job Requirements
- BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalents
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience with a similar scope (IT support, Administration and Operations)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proficient English language ability
- Experience in Operation and Supporting on Ticketing System Application
- MCSA, CCNA courses or certificates are a must
- Experience on overall on Operating environments.
- Experience in team handling.
- Experience decision making and escalation appropriately.
