Job Description

  1. Assess users current asset status, their future needs, and investment goals.
  2. Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
  3. Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
  4. Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
  5. Improves the users’ experiences by understanding and focusing on what’s important, measuring how we are doing and driving the necessary actions to improve.
  6. Manage the operations team and evaluate their performance.
  7. Helps team identify, and if needed, remove obstacles, then frames and escalates issues if they cannot be resolved quickly.
  8. Delegate tasks and set deadlines for IT Operations team.
  9. Oversee day-to-day activities with IT Operations team.
  10. Evaluates team and department level data and trends to drive improvements. Provides suggestions that impact business processes and balances needs of all stakeholders.
  11. Clearly defined process, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
  12. Implemented process improvements and/or recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalents 
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience with a similar scope (IT support, Administration and Operations)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Proficient English language ability
  • Experience in Operation and Supporting on Ticketing System Application 
  • MCSA, CCNA courses or certificates are a must
  • Experience on overall on Operating environments. 
  • Experience in team handling.
  • Experience decision making and escalation appropriately.
