Job Description

Cairo Scan & Techno scan Radiology and Labs is now hiring “CRM Manager / Operation Manger  ”

" to join their team Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Manage the CRM system to track corporate client interactions and history.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all front-desk staff follow the center's policies, medical insurance verification, and billing accuracy.
  • Optimize the registration and waiting time processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor daily patient volume, feedback, and revenue collection reports.
  • Insurance & Approvals Knowledge: Extensive experience in handling various Medical Insurance providers and TPAs. The candidate must ensure that the front-desk team is proficient in the "Approvals" process to avoid any delays in patient service.
  • The candidate must be able to lead the team during peak hours and resolve patient conflicts swiftly and effectively.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Front Office or Customer Service Management, preferably in a large medical facility (Hospitals/Scan &labs/ Diagnostic Centers).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, multitasking, and crisis management skills.
  • Tools: Proficient in using HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and CRM software.
  • Personality: Highly organized, patient-centric, and professional appearance.
