Job Description
Cairo Scan & Techno scan Radiology and Labs is now hiring “CRM Manager / Operation Manger ”
" to join their team Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the CRM system to track corporate client interactions and history.
- Quality Control: Ensure all front-desk staff follow the center's policies, medical insurance verification, and billing accuracy.
- Optimize the registration and waiting time processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor daily patient volume, feedback, and revenue collection reports.
- Insurance & Approvals Knowledge: Extensive experience in handling various Medical Insurance providers and TPAs. The candidate must ensure that the front-desk team is proficient in the "Approvals" process to avoid any delays in patient service.
- The candidate must be able to lead the team during peak hours and resolve patient conflicts swiftly and effectively.

- Tools: Proficient in using HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and CRM software.
- Personality: Highly organized, patient-centric, and professional appearance.
