Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the IT support team to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Plan, assess, and oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure including servers, endpoints, networking devices, and peripherals.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure timely root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Design, implement, and monitor IT operational procedures, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee monitoring of IT systems and networks to ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cybersecurity operations including firewall management, access control, vulnerability management, and incident response coordination.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to align IT strategy with business objectives and future growth.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and KPI dashboards related to IT operations, incidents, and projects.
- Qualifications and Requirements
Job Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
- Solid experience in network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing concepts.
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles including threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Experience with server virtualization, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to design and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Certifications:
CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, or equivalent (required). - Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
- IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL) are an advantage.
