Role Overview

We are looking for a content-driven multimedia designer who understands how different platforms work and can both edit videos and design social media post visuals for performance.

This role is focused on storytelling, pacing, visual hierarchy, and platform-native presentation across YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.

You will work closely with creators, KOLs, and the operations team to transform long-form content into high-retention videos, while also handling basic design tasks required for publishing and distribution.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for editing and producing both long-form and short-form video content tailored for platforms such as YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.

Your responsibilities include:

• Editing long-form content such as YouTube videos, educational content, interviews, and livestream recordings
• Adjusting aspect ratios, pacing, hooks, subtitles, and visual emphasis based on each platform’s behavior
• Creating clear subtitles, improving pacing, and applying simple visual highlights (no heavy motion graphics required)
• Designing social media post visuals such as feed posts, simple carousels, covers, and promotional images for content distribution
• Handling basic filming tasks when required, including camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio setup
• Collaborating with content creators and operators to understand content goals and audience intent

Requirements (Must Have)

• Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form videos for social platforms
• Ability to design social media post visuals (e.g. feed posts, simple carousels, covers) using tools like Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar
• Clear understanding of platform differences (YouTube ≠ TikTok ≠ Instagram ≠ X)
• Proficiency in editing tool such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to operate a camera and shoot video independently when needed
• Basic understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication, and delivery timelines
• Production lighting and audio setup experience

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience editing Web 3 /KOL content
• Strong subtitle timing and visual emphasis skills for short-form videos
• Motion graphics skills (a plus, not a requirement)
• Ability to proactively suggest content or editing improvements
