Job Description:
• Formulate and coordinate a manufacturing requirements plan based on customers’ firm and tentative need by evaluating all relevant factors.
• Provide information, reports, and recommendations to management.
• Analyze firm customer requirements and produce a workable plan for the product.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are retained.
• Complete all reports accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with the Sales team to ensure awareness of any potential changes and maximize reaction time.
• Verify that any change is necessary, especially within manufacturing lead time or planning time fences.
• Attend relevant meetings on a regular basis.
• Continuously provide accurate and understandable information to superiors and peers.
• Follow up with relevant teams on customer schedule analysis, reconciliation, and production schedule with the Logistics Department.
• Ensure detailed comparisons of previous schedule quantities regularly.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports.
• Monitor and maintain key performance measures.
• Issue performance measures to relevant departments.
• Seek continuous improvement in planning activities.
• Continuously develop and implement plans to ensure smooth operations.
• Set objectives, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Assist and support the Logistics Department in problem‑solving.
• Adhere to the company’s internal policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide support and resources for local WCM activities while implementing global and local projects, acting as project/pillar sponsor, leader, or member.
Job Requirements:
• B.Sc. in an engineering field (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel automation, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting.
• Excellent computer literacy with strong proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and networking abilities.
