Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate
• Nearby resident is preferred
• Strong understanding of real estate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in legal research, document review, and the ability to draft and analyze contracts
• Excellent negotiation, mediation, and dispute resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
