Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presentation Designer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Presentation Designer will create visually compelling and engaging presentation materials aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing, designing, and formatting presentations, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, and ensuring all designs meet high visual and communication standards. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to handle tight deadlines are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in visual design skills, presentation design, and layout techniques
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and other presentation software

. Design, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for technical and commercial project proposals.

. Ensure proposals are visually professional, well-structured, and aligned with branding guidelines.

. Review and proofread proposal content to ensure correct language, grammar, tone, and clarity.

. Improve the flow, readability, and overall quality of proposal narratives.

. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to transform raw content into polished presentations.

. Ensure consistency in layout, fonts, colors, and overall presentation style.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual communication strategies
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adapt visual design for diverse audiences and communicate ideas effectively
• Previous experience in marketing, multimedia, or creative design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a PowerPoint Designer, preferably in proposals, tenders, or project competitions.

Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced formatting, layouts, visuals).

Excellent command of the English language with strong proofreading and editing skills.

Experience in reviewing and refining technical and commercial proposal content.

High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience in project-based or tender-related environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working on bids, RFPs, RFQs, or competitive project proposals.

• Ability to understand technical content and present it in a clear, professional manner.
