• Working across multiple developers and projects (no single-project tunnel vision)
• Matching people to the right asset — not just what’s available
• Managing viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups like a professional, not a salesperson
• Building long-term relationships, not one-off deals

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written — confidence matters)
• A natural sense of taste, awareness, and professionalism
• Someone who can explain value clearly, not aggressively
• Organized, responsive, and emotionally intelligent
• Real estate experience is a plus — mindset is a must
