Job Description
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on all company operations, contracts, and business activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, client, and partnership contracts.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to marketing, production, and event management.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolution, and negotiations with external parties.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes affecting the company’s business areas.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risks and ensure best practices.
- Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support the HR team with employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance.
- Assist in intellectual property management, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed for specialized matters or litigation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-6 years of professional legal experience, preferably in a corporate or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, contract, and employment law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
