 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice, negotiating deals, and conducting property market analyses. Additional duties include arranging property viewings, preparing contracts, and staying informed about market trends to guide clients effectively.

 Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships, as well as effective communication skills

Knowledge of the real estate market, market trends, and property evaluations

Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills in real estate or a related field

Proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (preferred)

Familiarity with property laws, contracts, and local regulations

Experience in New Cairo's real estate market is a strong advantage
