About the Role

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Country Manager – Egypt to lead and expand its presence across the Egyptian market. Reporting directly to the CEO – MENA, this role will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, leading business development initiatives, and building a high-performing sales organization to support long-term expansion objectives.
  • This position is ideal for a results-driven, entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in the FX or financial brokerage industry, an established network of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs), and the ability to rapidly accelerate market entry and revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s footprint across Egypt.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships, achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Network Utilization: Leverage an existing book of clients, professional network, and sales referrals to generate immediate commercial impact.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a regional sales team, fostering a performance-driven and client-centric culture.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Operational Expansion: Support the setup of new sales representative offices or regional branches as part of the expansion roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, compliance, and product to ensure seamless operations and client onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and refine strategy.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen regional visibility and reputation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the FX or financial brokerage industry, with exposure to GCC or MENA markets.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales operations while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong existing network of clients, IBs, affiliates, and industry relationships with the ability to activate business quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, refer, or build sales teams through prior industry connections.
  • Solid understanding of B2B, IB, and affiliate business models, including regulatory and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and adaptable to evolving market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Arabic is required.
