Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the IT department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect company data and infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance productivity and resolve IT-related issues.
Assist in planning and executing IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, certifications, and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-9 years of progressive experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with ISO standards and IT compliance requirements is a plus.
Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on support as needed.
Experience in the manufacturing or food production industry is an advantage.
