Job Description
- Responsible for managing daily IT operations to ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and services.
- Leads IT support teams, manages infrastructure and vendors, and ensures service delivery aligns with business needs.
- Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and service desk
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security
- Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution
- Lead and develop IT operations team
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-7 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in an IT operations or leadership role
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on experience with IT service management and incident/problem/change processes
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft or cloud certifications are a plus
