Sales Engineer


Climake is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in Central Heating Systems or the broader HVAC sector. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and delivering value-focused technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with both business development and technical teams to uphold Climake’s reputation for outstanding service and high-quality product delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


  • Understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions based on Climake’s product offerings.


  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.


  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.


  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering.


  • 1–3 years of experience in sales engineering.


  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.


  • Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
