✨ Collection Agent✨

Responsibilities:

• Execute approved customer collection action plans in line with company policies.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely settlement.
• Communicate payment reminders, due dates, and agreed schedules clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities in the system.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the AR Supervisor when needed.
• Support dispute resolution by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Ensure customer payment data is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Apply collection policies consistently and fairly across all customers.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and aging reduction goals.
• Support internal audits and compliance requirements.
• Identify recurring collection issues and suggest improvement actions.
• Prepare and submit periodic collection performance reports.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct when dealing with customers.
• Protect company interests while preserving customer relationships
• May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate professionally.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive discussions.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work with ERP systems or collection tools.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Understanding of basic commercial and payment practices.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
