Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Ticketing Agent supporting US - Irish accounts. The Ticketing Agent will handle ticket reservations and sales, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. The role also includes effectively managing customer interactions via multiple channels to meet company service and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Sales experience and the ability to meet targets
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site team environment
- Background in travel industry or experience in ticketing systems is a plus
