• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and clients
• Generate leads and convert them into projects
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with estimation, technical office, and execution teams
• Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
