Job Description

 

  • Event Planning and Coordination
  • Create marketing materials such as info books, welcome letters, and excursion boards for clients
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Responsible for budgeting and managing event costs, securing cost-effective solutions
  • Organize and manage all elements of event logistics, including accommodations, itineraries, invoicing, and document handling.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree 
  • 2-3 years  experience in  Events Management field 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent team leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using event management and front-office systems (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Time management, Organization, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects
  • Proven experience in managing both large-scale and small events
