Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Racking Systems Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical studies, designs, and quotations that ensure accuracy and quick client responses.

???? Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements.
• Recommend optimal storage solutions and prepare technical drawings.
• Prepare and organize accurate BOMs (Frames, Beams, Accessories).
• Collaborate with the Technical Office for design approval and documentation.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide quick and accurate technical support to the sales team.
• Archive all project-related documentation professionally.

Job Requirements

 

???? Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical office work.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in storage systems (racking).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, and Office tools.
• Strong English language skills (spoken & written).
• High attention to detail, time management, and communication.
