We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a consultative approach to client service. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services by understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Engage and follow up with interested clients, guiding them through the sales process.

2.     Conduct inside and outside meetings to assess clients' real estate needs and preferences.

3.     Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

4.     Maintain consistent communication with existing and potential clients.

5.     Successfully close property sales and ensure client satisfaction.

6.     Coordinate with the operations team to manage client requirements and service delivery.

7.     Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

8.     Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

9.     Conduct personalized consultations to match client needs with appropriate real estate solutions.

10. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and current clients.

11. Build and nurture lasting relationships to foster repeat business and generate referrals.

12. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance and share successful sales strategies.

Qualifications:

·        Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

·        3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

·        Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

·        Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
