Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively generate and manage leads through calls, emails, social media, and property portals.
• Meet with clients to understand their property needs and offer suitable solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–4 years in real estate sales for agents
• Languages: Fluency in Russian or French is preferred. English fluency is a must.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-driven, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• UAE real estate market knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
