Job Description

Payroll Process

  1. Receiving attendance sheets & related documents from departments.
  2. Inputting data in the payroll system (MenaPay) & verifying the data as per the Head of Divisions submitted documents.
  3. Payroll verification & correction from Finance Department.
  4. Finalizing & printing the Final Payroll.
  5. Add payroll deductions such as personal loans, advances, etc.
  6. After payroll is completed creating vouchers and posting them.
  7. Posting the monthly payroll & preparing bank transfers and cash salaries.

Leave Salaries

  1. Preparing leave salaries after approvals from MenaHR.
  2. Posting leave salaries in MenaPay system.
  3. Keep all record of financial transactions and leaves.


MenaITech Application

  1. Ensure that MenaHR and MenaPay systems are always working smoothly.
  2. Coordinate with the IT Department if the software is malfunctioning or up and running.
  3. Monitor that AL and RDs are properly carried forward by the end of fiscal year.
  4. Creating and maintaining Workflow Approval Committees with the assistance of Director of HR.


Separation Process

  1. Receiving resignations along with an addendum form and put forward for approvals.
  2. Issuing resignation acceptance letters.
  3. Handling exit-clearance formalities.
  4. coordinating residence cancellation or transfer formalities with the Govt. Service section.
  5. Preparing final settlement.
  6. Preparing employment certificate after the last working day.

Reports

  1. Preparing monthly and quarterly MIS and other related reports.

Group Life Insurance and Work Injury

  1. Sending addition and deletion list for group life insurance.
  2. Coordinate with insurance company for work injury compensation claims, if any.

Staff Loan Request

  1. Handling and processing employees’ personal loan requests.

Staff Passport Request

1.     Employees’ passport receiving and issuing and logging in the system.



Others

  1. Preparing employment and/or salary certificate upon request.
  2. Preparing other letters addressed to embassies etc.
  3. Preparing and issuing disciplinary notices as per directions.


Overseeing Government Related Documents

  1. Original real estate contracts.
  2. Original trademarks.
  3. Lawyer’s related correspondence and other documents.



 


Skills

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or human resources
  2. Excellent knowledge of MenaITech Payroll software
  3. Any specialized certificate in accounting or human resources


Preferred Skills:

  1. Attention details.
  2. Well versed with payroll system.
  3. Excellent command of MS Excel.
  4. Problem solver.
  5. Know how to work under pressure.
  6. Must have good written and spoken English and Arabic capability.
  7. Must be a team player.
  8. Devoted and loyal.
  9. Good interpersonal skills.
