Job description
Seeks business opportunities matching Aman's strategy and is also responsible for service enhancements.
- Acts as the point of contact between Aman and billers, operators, and customers.
- Builds and maintains strong partner relationships through networking and building multiple touch points ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Ensures the timely and successful launching of different e-payment and e-collection services, according to customer needs and objectives.
- Creates, submits, and follows up on the implementation of technical requests with the technical department.
- Studies market pricing considering competitors, end users, merchants, and billers, compared to budget then seeks finance department approval.
- Performs internal and external UATs.
- Communicates work progress monthly and quarterly clearly to management.
