Business Development Associate Role

This is a role within the Customer Success Services (CSS) department, where you will be responsible for executing global and regional CSS campaigns across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

• Support the execution of strategic pipeline-building initiatives to drive revenue growth across MEA.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and managing pipeline opportunities to ensure timely conversion into revenue.
• Collaborate with senior CSS leaders and Oracle's GenO development programs to localize and tailor campaigns to meet MEA-specific needs.
• Align CSS activities with broader Oracle Technology and Applications business development efforts.

• Strong interest in business development, customer success, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
