Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar MCC or technical support role
• Must have MCC Certification
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage real-time aircraft/facility systems operations
• Coordinate corrective actions in response to maintenance issues or faults
• Support line maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of operational disruptions and maintenance activities
