Job Description
Neginski is a next-generation real estate agency grounded in data and deep analytics. Scale: 140+ people and 5 locations — UAE, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand and Georgia.
We are now going global and aiming for 640+ million USD growth driven by international clients.We love process discipline where everything is automated, digitized, and tracked. We are also AI enthusiasts: for example, the Sales Development Department uses a custom AI module to analyze 30+ points of the regulations.
What you will do:
— Achieving personal sales targets.
— Promptly handling incoming client inquiries in accordance with company standards.
— Selecting properties and scheduling viewings or meetings with clients.
— Coordinating and overseeing the transaction process until payment is received from the client.
— Recording work-related data in the company’s CRM system.
— Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals providing high-quality service.
Who we are looking for:
— Over 3 years of experience in real estate.
— Based in Dubai (1+ year).
— In-depth knowledge of the UAE market (Dubai, off-plan or secondary), with 20+ closed deals in the past year.
— Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and self-driven.

Skills
3+ years of experience in real estate.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE market (Dubai, off-plan or secondary)
