Pharma Sales Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharma Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the pharmaceutical chemicals sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, and at least 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development. Fluency in English is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop quality and price-oriented strategies focused on new pharmaceutical chemicals additive business and API.
• Assist in strategy creation and implementation at existing accounts and distributors through effective relationships at all levels.
• Develop market know-how and strategies for adding new suppliers in assigned industry.
• Introduce new products with effective launch strategies, product literature, inventory support, product testing, and strategic marketing.
• Contribute to business and supplier product development projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• At least 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
