Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our pharmaceutical chemicals business.

This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy focused on new pharmaceutical chemicals additive business and API, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing market know-how and strategies for adding new suppliers in assigned industry.
• Introducing new products and developing effective launch strategies.
• Executing frequent customer visits and preparing proposals.
• Optimizing margins by reviewing and optimizing pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3-6 years of trackable experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and process management skills.
