Blue Rock Real Estate is actively hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts across both our New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed branches.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-performing sales talent. You’ll be instrumental in helping us scale and strengthen our brokerage teams as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles within the company.
• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through multiple platforms.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best cultural and performance fit.
• Manage employer branding activities related to recruitment.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within a real estate brokerage.
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing agents or sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of the Egyptian real estate job market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
