Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Supervisor located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the IT department, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing a team of IT professionals. Daily tasks include maintaining IT systems, ensuring network security, and streamlining IT operations to support business goals. The role also requires effective team management and leadership to drive performance and efficiency in the IT department.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Technology and Technical Support
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plu
