Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Facilities Business Development Lead for the local market. The role involves developing and managing business relationships, conducting market research, attending meetings with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Facility Management (FM) and Construction skills
• Training and Administration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and sales
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
