Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Outsourcing & SaaS Sales Executive to expand our client base, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and outsourcing services, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in outsourcing and SaaS markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outbound outreach, and inbound leads.
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored outsourcing and SaaS solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or IT outsourcing sales.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing business models and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
