The Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Real Estate Recruitment Specialist to be the strategic force behind our growth. This pivotal role requires someone who not only understands the mechanics of recruitment but is deeply familiar with the real estate brokerage industry in Egypt. Your primary mandate will be to source, attract, and close top-performing Real Estate Sales Agents and Team Managers who can immediately contribute to our sales targets in New Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Agent Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies specific to the real estate brokerage sector (targeting competing brokerages, industry networks, specialized job boards, and professional groups).
- Industry Expertise: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on their real estate industry experience, local market knowledge (especially New Cairo developments), sales track record, and ethical standards.
- Talent Mapping: Conduct continuous talent mapping within the New Cairo real estate market to proactively identify and engage passive candidates who possess proven track records.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, clearly articulating 4C Real Estate's value proposition, culture, commission structure, and growth potential to experienced agents.
- Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-of-hire, agent retention) and provide data-driven reports to the management team.
What You'll Need to Succeed (Non-Negotiable Requirements):
- Mandatory Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of proven, direct experience in full-cycle recruitment specifically for Real Estate Brokerages in Egypt. Candidates without a focus on this industry will not be considered.
- Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of the sales cycles, required skills, and key players within the New Cairo/Greater Cairo real estate market.
- Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other industry-specific professional networking platforms to headhunt experienced agents.
- Communication & Negotiation: Superior communication and persuasion skills in both English and Arabic to effectively engage and close high-caliber candidates.
- Results-Driven: A verifiable track record of successfully meeting challenging sales talent acquisition targets.
