Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, engineers, and project owners.
• Promote and specify the company’s construction chemical products (e.g., waterproofing, flooring, repair systems, adhesives, sealants, admixtures) in project documents.
• Ensure company products are approved and listed in project specifications and tender documents.
• Provide technical presentations, product training, and support to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target key projects.
• Track ongoing and upcoming projects using CRM or project databases.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on specifications, approvals, and project status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction chemicals or building materials.
• Proven track record in project specification, business development, or technical sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding of construction systems and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
