Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding real estate installment plans, contract details, and post-sale services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, complaints, and requests through all communication channels (in person, phone, or email).
  • Guide clients through the procedures of issuing checks, reviewing payment schedules, and understanding contractual obligations.
  • Review and verify all client forms, contracts, and installment schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Sales Administration teams regarding check issuance, collection, and any payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update client records in the system in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure that all client transactions and documentation adhere to company policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the relevant department and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service improvements.
  • Liaise with other departments (Finance, Legal, Sales, Projects) to facilitate smooth end-to-end client servicing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within real estate, banking, or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial and contractual documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
