KEY RESULT AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Assist the Business Unit Head in preparing annual sales targets and programs in coordination with Senior Management.
• Support the Business Unit Head in introducing new products and suppliers to the MOH to acquire new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the MOH to understand their requirements, gather feedback on existing products, and secure new business.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, review and sign them, and submit them to the MOH.
• Support the Business Unit Head in reviewing and signing contracts with the MOH upon quotation approval, ensuring timely fulfillment of all contract deliverables.
• Assist the Business Unit Head in reviewing and signing bank guarantee requests.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products to the MOH as per the agreed schedule.
• Assist the Business Unit Head in verifying and approving Purchase Orders and invoices.
• Support the Manager in preparing and submitting the monthly report (Target vs. Achieved) with proper justification, including data collection and organization.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys at planned intervals and take appropriate actions to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
• Assist the Business Unit Head in recruiting and training department staff in coordination with the Human Resources department.
• Support the Business Unit Head in compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Assist the Business Unit Head in monitoring team performance and motivating the team to achieve targets based on accurate data.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the development of functions and reports related to institutional business.
• Assist the Pharma Manager in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with partners (customers and suppliers).

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Science.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist or Medical Representative.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Kuwait.

• Valid Kuwait driving license.

Preferred:

• Experience working with multinational companies (MNCs).

• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals is an advantage.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
