Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kuwait City for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working inside marketing or advertising agencies — this is the most critical requirement for this role.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the Kuwaiti market, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting Event Boutique’s marketing and influencer solutions with a clear ROI-driven approach. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a marketing, media, or advertising agency (most important requirement).

• Proven success in sales and business development within the agency environment.

• Strong existing connections in Kuwait’s marketing/advertising ecosystem.

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license and access to a car.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies specific to the Kuwaiti market.

• Identify, pitch, and secure new clients and long-term partnerships.

• Represent Event Boutique’s influencer marketing and tech-driven solutions with a strong ROI focus.

• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.

• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

• Represent the company at key industry meetings and events.
