Role overview

CEEI (Central, Eastern Europe & India) is a dynamic region responsible for driving value and building scale across 14 markets, as well as the Export and License business. Join our Regional Finance team and make an impact across the CEEI markets by turning data into insights, supporting planning and budgeting cycles, and shaping key business decisions through financial analysis and reporting. The Direct Manger for this position is the CEEI Procurement Finance Lead.

What you’ll be doing

• Collecting data from markets, calculating PPV
• Transforms the analysis into valuable and relevant insights for business
• Taking part in CEEI R&O preparation
• Supports the business with the planning & control cycle, including the preparation of the 3-year development plan and annual budgets, and the reporting of actual results
• Communicating guidelines and instructions, and creating templates to facilitate the planning and reporting processes
• Participate in the financial review process
• Performing financial analysis of actual performance compared to plan and last year
• Preparing management information, such as monthly reports and presentations
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of annual figures
• Evaluate financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets
• Work closely with CEEI markets

What we’re looking for

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience of working with Excel, Power Point
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Working knowledge of English
• Readiness to work with different markets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
