Job Description
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on all aspects of the company’s operations, including medical, spa, gym, and clinic services.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise management on regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to medical aesthetics, healthcare, and wellness services.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolutions, and negotiations with external parties.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in healthcare, employment, and commercial law affecting the business.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects from a legal perspective.
- Handle matters related to intellectual property, privacy, and data protection for client and company information.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
