The Customer Relations Manager (CRM) will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers across both Air and Ocean freight operations. This position involves relationship management, sales team coordination, onboarding, technical and operational support, account profitability monitoring, and resolution of high-level issues. The CRM ensures seamless communication among clients, carriers, internal operations, procurement teams, and buyers while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Air and/or Sea Freight operations, customer service, or client relationship management within the freight forwarding industry.
- Must be fluent in English and have strong local market connections.
- Ability to identify and interpret customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with working knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Documentation expertise for international trade (USA/Canada/Asia routes).
