ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

• Listen to customers concerns, problems and questions

• Solve customer concerns and answer customer questions to the best of your ability

• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer complaints

• Open new customer accounts

• Attract customers by positively promoting the product and company, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

• Recommend possible products to meet customer needs

• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

• Prepare product and customer reports by collecting data collected during customer interactions

• Some of the basic skills of a customer service representative are:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal communication

• Familiar with the software used to communicate with customers and collect their information

• Knowledge of applicable products and markets

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

• Provide thoughtful answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs

• Entering data on different platforms


Qualifications


• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Excellent telephone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills in speech, writing and interpersonal communication

• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work

• Ability to communicate and speak fluently in English


Salary

  • 3000-5000 EGP
