Currently we re actively growing in Egypt and looking for Customer Support Specialist.
This position is based in Cairo, Egypt .
What will you do:
- outgoing calls to clients;
- response to clients requests via chat and email;
- analysis of client requests (chat, email);
- conflicts resolution.
