Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Online Sales and Customer Service Representative who will engage with our clients through social media platforms, respond to inquiries, manage customer interactions, and compile comprehensive reports on our three branches' activities and customer feedback. This role also involves after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client messages and comments on social media platforms.
- Assist potential customers by providing detailed product information and facilitating online sales processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback specific to the Zayed, Hadayek Elahram, and Zagazig branches.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to address customer issues and follow up to ensure resolutions meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and service outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to share customer insights that could enhance overall service delivery.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
