JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone or chat

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

- Escalate issues to appropriate departments or managers as needed.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
