•Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
•Achieve customer satisfaction and service level targets.
•Lead and ensure development of all store employees.
•Responsible for operational & administrative management of the store.
•Responsible for store security and stock level and cash handling practices.
•Act as last check point for sales representatives and Assistant Store Manager.
•Analyze daily business performance within the store.

•Manage all the daily reports that are communicated to all the companys departments.
•Manage business flow and the staff performance.
•Ensure total customer satisfaction through managing the sales staff and handling escalated problems.
•Apply the merchandise guidance.
•Improve friendliness & professionalism of staff.
•Develop staff members through conducting on going training sessions & one on ones.
