Responsibilities

Execute key activities to meet business demand and customer needs globally such as order processing, preparation, price application, and order documentation
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve improved satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Follow up on invoicing and ensure all invoices are done and collected in a timely manner
Update CRM when required with relevant details
Liaise with operations product availability and with Logistics timely dispatch
Requirements

3-5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the Chemical Industry
Bachelor degree
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan and prioritize work
Accuracy in record keeping
IT skills
Language skills: Arabic and English, with Turkish language being a plus
