Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will handle property management tasks, provide expert advice on real estate investments, and assist clients with their property-related needs. Additionally, the role involves managing customer service interactions, maintaining professional communication, and offering financial insights aligned with real estate transactions to help clients make informed decisions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Property Management and understanding of real estate processes Knowledge of Investments and the ability to guide clients in making sound investment decisions Background in Finance, particularly in analyzing and advising on property-related financial details Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate effectively in a team setting Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields is preferred
