We are seeking a talented and creative Unity Developer to join our team in building an innovative Sales Academy in Metaverse. This role involves designing and developing immersive, interactive, and engaging virtual environments that redefine how training to our Business Developers are delivered. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cutting-edge technology, a strong background in Unity development, and a collaborative mindset.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement interactive 3D environments and features for the Sales Academy product using Unity.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) platforms.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs, and other tools to enhance functionality and interactivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a high-quality product.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Unity, VR/AR, and Metaverse technologies.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Unity development, with a portfolio showcasing VR/AR or Metaverse projects.
• Proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with multiplayer networking and real-time collaboration features is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage
